Erik Larsson RIP

Erik Larsson, the man most responsible for the swift revival of international correspondence chess after World War Two, has died at his home in Landskrona, Sweden, aged 93.

He was born on 20.5.1915 and died on 14.2.2009.

My Chess Mail interview with Erik (1998/9) has now been updated with other information as the March 2009 article in the Kibitzer series at the Chess Cafe.
